About Me

Hi, I'm Tamari.

I’m an international coach, group facilitator, and spiritual mentor with a genuine passion for helping women reconnect with themselves, unlock their potential, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I live in Ontario, Canada with my husband and daughter, but my roots will always be in Israel.

My life hasn't always been easy. I grew up in a violent and dysfunctional home, experienced traumatic loss at a young age, and spent many years navigating the effects of trauma, disappointment, and adversity.

As a child, I learned to protect both myself and my mother, often living in survival mode while carrying a deep sense of loneliness.

At the age of 45, I discovered that I have ADHD. I don't see it as a limitation—it is simply part of who I am. Using the tools, knowledge, and experience I gained throughout my professional and personal journey, I learned how to stop trauma and challenges from defining me, transforming difficulties into strength, growth, and resilience.

Every obstacle, success, and life transition has taught me something valuable about the remarkable strength of women and our ability to reinvent ourselves, even during the most difficult chapters of our lives.

My own journey of reinvention began at 35 when I immigrated to a new country, learned a new language, built a new life, and eventually created my own business from the ground up. The journey continued when I became a mother at 40 and evolved once again at 47, when I embarked on a new chapter of personal growth, deep inner work, professional development, and spiritual exploration.

Since then, I have continued to evolve, grow, and reinvent myself. I believe that growth isn't something we do once—it's a lifelong process that keeps us engaged, fulfilled, and connected to who we truly are.

Over the years, I have met countless women who believe that by 50 it's "too late" to change, start over, or pursue something new. I am living proof that it isn't. Some of the most meaningful transformations happen later in life, when we finally give ourselves permission to choose ourselves.

Outside of my work, I find joy in nature, long walks, time near lakes and the ocean, music, creativity, writing, learning, and spending time with my family. These simple moments remind me that even after a long and winding journey, life still has so much beauty, possibility, and joy to offer.

Today, my mission is to help women reconnect with themselves after years of putting everyone else first. I support women who are navigating change, feeling stuck, questioning what's next, or longing for something more. Together, we work through fear, self-doubt, and uncertainty, creating clarity, confidence, and a path forward that feels authentic and meaningful.

I want you to know this:

No matter how difficult life may feel right now, there is strength, wisdom, and light within you.

You do not have to navigate it alone.

I'm here to walk alongside you—to listen, guide, support, and help you create the next chapter of your life with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Together, we'll celebrate every step forward, every breakthrough, and every meaningful change along the way.

Because it is never too late to reinvent yourself and create a life that feels truly yours.
